This large ground floor suite features 2 separate bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The spacious principle bedroom with a king-sized bed includes the ensuite bathroom with an oversized shower and bidet. The second bedroom features a queen-sized bed that is designed to seperate into two single beds, if requested. The second bathroom is accessible from the living area.
The super-sized living room with views to the sea and swimming pool features high vaulted ceilings, comfortable lounge area which features a sectional sofa bed (opened upon request) and adjacent large dining/conversion table, 3 LCD flat screen colour TVs (2 with Sky Hotel). Suite amenities include air conditioning, mini-bar, wireless internet connection, cordless telephone, alarm clock radio, iPod and iPhone stereo, and in-suite security safe.

Cancellation / Prepayment

DEPOSIT: We require a 30% deposit of the entire stay at the time of booking to confirm the reservation.

CHANGE POLICY: Until 21 days before the arrival, we allow our guests to change the dates of the stay according to our availability, just once, and during the same season. The 30% deposit will cover and confirm the new reservation. For changes made 20 or less days before the arrival, 100% of the stay will be charged and it will cover and confirm the new reservation Possible new stays in lower rate guestrooms and seasons will be charged at the rate of the original booking.

CANCELLATION: We require notice in writing. If cancellation takes place 31 days or more prior to the arrival date, no penalty will be incurred. Between 30 and 21 days, a forfeit of the deposit will take place. If cancellation takes place 20 days before the beginning of the stay, 100% of the stay will be charged. A full charge for the entire stay will be incurred also in case of no show and anticipated departure.

Pets

The Hotel is not properly equipped to accomodate pets

Groups

Regarding groups (minimum 3 rooms or more), a 50% deposit pertaining to the whole stay will be debited and NON refundable if cancelled.
